Adults

Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF)
While there are various opportunities for connection, the best way to get started is through one of LEFC's Adult Bible Fellowships. These adult Sunday School classes meet on Sunday mornings during both services. The group size and demographic changes from ABF to ABF, but each group is an "open" group, so you will not be turned away. ABF topics are generally established quarterly, so teachers will rotate through the fellowship. However, the fellowship group remains the same from teacher to teacher. Therefore, the classes function both as an opportunity for strong teaching as well as a larger-size small group.

Home Groups
In addition to LEFC's ABF opportunities we also have home groups. These groups are generally 8 to 12 people in size and meet at various times and places over the course of a week and month. These groups may or may not be open to new members.

We are very intentional in our efforts to recognize, affirm, and encourage new small group leaders. We offer quarterly group leader meetings for ongoing development, communications, and support. We desire to see each small group understand its crucial role in the lives of the home group members as well as in support of the entire LEFC family and its mission.

New Members ClassSeveral times a year the LEFC New Members Class is offered. This class is most commonly offered on Sunday afternoon following services, but it may also be offered Sunday morning during services or Wednesday evening during Mid-Week Ministries.

The New Members Class is an opportunity to learn more about the Evangelical Free Church of America; Lancaster Evangelical Free Church's history, statement of faith, opportunities for involvement, Senior Pastor Doug Winne; and it is an opportunity to meet others in the class who are also learning more about the LEFC family.

Membership is not a required outcome of the class, and some take the opportunity just to learn more about LEFC. Please consider signing up for the next class to continue the process of getting connected.
