We are excited about Witness Park, and opportunity to leave a legacy for future generations. It is the fulfillment of a decade of dreams.

Below you will find the paperwork necessary to obtain your right to bury at Witness Park. Please complete the Cemetery Right To Burial and read and sign the Operational Guidelines and Procedures then return them to the LEFC office at your earliest convenience with your check ($600/plot) made payable to "Witness Park."

You will also find below a layout of the current sections that are open for burials. Please choose which plot(s) you would like. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. Plots darkened in are already reserved.

You will receive the original paperwork, completed with required signatures, back in the mail. A copy will remain on record at LEFC and with the Witness Park Board.
