LEFC Leadership
The spiritual and physical well-being of the church is overseen by Elders, Deacons, and Deaconesses, each of whom is affirmed to their position of church leadership annually at the spring Congregational Meeting. NON-SITTING ELDERS
Non-sitting elders fulfill the biblical requirements for eldership and have previously served on LEFC's Elder Board. They perform duties assigned to them by the chair of Elder Board, including serving as a sitting elder, should a sitting elder be incapacitated or otherwise unable to serve.
