The Psalms are a book of songs and prayers that teach us how to bring every emotion and every cry of our hearts before God. Join us for a weekend away at Black Rock Retreat to learn what it means to draw near — through sessions, prayer, worship, fellowship, and unhurried time alone with the Lord. Women of every age and stage are welcome. Come by yourself, come with a friend, come with your ABF or small group — there is room for you.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30

5:00 PM | Check-In Opens

6:00 PM | Dinner

EVENING | Worship and our first session

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31

A full day together, including sessions in the Psalms, worship, small-group conversation, and generous stretches of free time for rest, break-out sessions, walking the grounds, and solitude with the Lord.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1

MORNING | Breakfast, our closing session, and communion together

11:30 AM | Wrap up and go home by lunchtime.

HELPFUL information

LODGING AND MEALS

Lodging and all meals are included in your registration. You’ll be in a shared room at Black Rock — if there is someone you’d like to room with, tell us on the registration form and we’ll do our best to place you together. Each room holds typically 2-3 ladies, if you wish to room with more please note this in the roommate section. The room layout is one queen and two twin beds.

ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS

Be sure to tell us about allergies, dietary, and accessibility needs on the registration form so can plan well for you.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Cost should never be the reason you stay home. Scholarship help is available — reach out to Jenny Hoover if this is a need.
